The form below is intentionally direct. It gives procurement, engineering and operations enough structure to describe the request without forcing a full specification package at first contact. If the grade is undecided, describe the application and the performance need. If the schedule is the main risk, include the target release date and destination. If documentation is critical, mention mill test reports, heat identity or project owner requirements in the message.
